David Quirk.

David Quirk is a Melbourne-based stand-up comedian and actor.

He first came to attention in 2006 after being a state finalist in the Raw Comedy competition that year. Although he did not win, it gave him enough momentum to forge a career into comedy. Along with several Melbourne International Comedy Festival solo shows, Quirk has collaborated with other comedians; notably Sam Simmons on the play The Incident, and musician Benn Bennett on the 2012 Comedy Festival show Man Date. Quirk's collaboration with Simmons would continue when he was cast in Sam's television series, Problems, as a shop owner.

To date, Quirk has appeared on The Little Dum Dum Club five times. His first appearance as a guest came in the show's twelfth episode, which was posted on the 12th of January, 2011. Around ten months later, Quirk would make a return appearance alongside comedian Dave O'Neil on the 61st episode of the podcast. The episode was posted on November 29th, 2011. He appeared in the show's 109th episode with Bart Freebairn, which was followed by appearances with Felicity Ward (125) and Lawrence Mooney (139).
