Pacquola has been performing comedy since 2006, and has developed a substantial following both in Australia and her adopted home of London.
Aside from Laid, Pacquola's television credits include Good News Week (on which she was a writer in 2010), Spicks and Specks, Adam Hills in Gordon St Tonight, Rove, The 7pm Project, Chelsea Lately and The Rob Brydon Show.
Pacquola has appeared on The Little Dum Dum Club five times. Her first appearance came on the eight episode of the podcast, which was published on the 15th of December, 2010. Her episode is notable for the first open discussion and explanation of the show's catchphrase, "Hey mate!". Pacquola returned on the 53rd episode of the show, appearing alongside her Laid castmate and then-partner, actor Toby Truslove. The episode was released on the 5th of October, 2011.
Her third appearance was as a part of a live show recorded at the Melbourne Town Hall as a part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Pacquola appeared alongside Dave Thornton and Tony Martin. In June 2013, Pacquola returned as a guest alongside Josh Earl and the mysterious "Brooza" for the show's 143rd episode. Her most recent appearance was in episode 169 with Charlie Pickering.
